At DigiMARQ, we feel it is imperative that all of our clients are informed about our company’s policies and procedures. Please take

How do I request a price estimate?
To receive a price estimate, you may contact us via phone, fax, mail, email, or submit your order
specifications via our online estimate request form. Upon receipt of your request for an estimate, we will begin calculating the costs
immediately and work diligently to provide you with the best price.
All estimates furnished by DigiMARQ are always FREE of
charge and are processed on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. Depending on the complexity of your project, a price estimate could
be furnished to you in as little as 1 hour or up to 2 working days. Should you need a rush estimate, please inform us of this when
you place your request. We will then expedite your request and get a price estimate to you as quickly as possible.
receive your estimate, look it over very carefully for any errors. If everything is correct and the prices given meet your approval,
you may place your order at any time. In the event that you received a verbal estimate, you may give us verbal authorization to proceed.
If you received a written estimate, it is encouraged, (but not required), that you sign the estimate form and return it to DigiMARQ
in order to give us authorization to proceed.
Should you receive a lower price by another printing company, we encourage you
to contact us immediately! In some cases, details could have been overlooked or the specifications of your order could have been misconstrued
by either party resulting in a price calculation error.
In the event that our price is higher than another printing company,
and no errors were found, we still encourage you to contact us immediately! At DigiMARQ, we strive to provide our clients with the
best possible price and we will honor our Price Match Guarantee.
What is a "Price Match Guarantee"?
Since 1986, DigiMARQ has understood
budgets and has worked with our clients to help meet their needs without “breaking the bank”. This tradition continues today as we
offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find a better price elsewhere, simply provide us with a written estimate from the company and
we will match it!*
*Specifications noted on the estimate provided to you by another printing company MUST be itemized and meet
the same specifications noted on the estimate furnished to you by DigiMARQ. An additional requirement is that the estimate being matched
was furnished to you within the last 30 days by a local, reputable printing company. Estimates provided by out-of-state or online
printing companies are exempt from our Price Match Guarantee policy. This is due to inflation and fluctuating material costs based
Do I need to set-up an account with DigiMARQ before ordering?
Absolutely not! We do, however, require 100% prepayment
for all first time orders. This is an industry standard practice by virtually all printing companies that do not require an account
application. This also establishes a “good faith” relationship between our company and our clients. All future orders will be billed
and an invoice will be furnished to you upon completion of your order.
How do I get 10% off of my first time order?
