How do I place an order or reorder?
To place an order or reorder, you may contact us via phone, fax, mail, email, or submit your order specifications via our online order request form. Upon receipt of your request to order or reorder, we will log your order and prepare it for production.
Can DigiMARQ create artwork for me?
Yes! DigiMARQ is equipped with a full service graphic design department where we specialize in creating high-quality logos, graphics, and form designs. If you have an idea of what you want, we can bring it to life by designing it for you. The cost for graphic design is charged at an industry standard rate of $60 per hour.
Why did I receive a proof?
It is our policy that a proof is approved prior to production when we will be printing from new or revised artwork. It is the responsibility of all DigiMARQ clients to carefully proofread the artwork provided for approval. Production will only begin once all artwork is approved. Proofs will be supplied to you via fax or email and there is no cost to you. If a printed proof is requested, (and feasible), we will supply it to you at the cost of the run. Artwork supplied to DigiMARQ, (in hardcopy or digital form), will be used “as-is” and no proof will be provided. DigiMARQ is not responsible for customer-supplied artwork.
When can I expect to receive my completed order?
All orders are produced on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. Production turnaround time will begin once all proofs are approved, (if applicable). Depending on the complexity of your order, and when it was received, your order could be completed in as little as 1 hour or may require up to 15 working days. An approximate turnaround time estimate can be requested or DigiMARQ will inform you of it prior to production.
I have a rush deadline! Can DigiMARQ help?
You bet! However, in order for us to meet a rush deadline for any project, we must have a realistic timeframe for production. We will also need to know about the rush prior to production to help us arrange our production schedule accordingly. If you need to rush your order, please inform us of this when placing your order and provide us with an absolute deadline. All rush orders are subject to a $25 (minimum) rush charge.
Does DigiMARQ offer free pick-up and delivery?
Yes! DigiMARQ offers FREE pick-up and delivery to businesses throughout the Omaha metro area. To request a pick-up, simply contact us and we'll be there! All completed orders are automatically scheduled for delivery. If you would prefer to pick-up your order, please let us know prior to production.
What is DigiMARQ's return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted in exchange for a reprint. DigiMARQ is not responsible for errors overlooked by our clients during the pre-production/proofreading process or errors on customer-supplied artwork.

In the event that DigiMARQ makes an error on your order, we will reprint your order FREE of charge. Please contact us immediately and we will work with you to correct the error as soon as possible.
In the event of an error: If you received your order and realized that you made an error in your wording, layout, etc., please contact us immediately! We will assist you in correcting the error, reprinting your item(s), expediting production time, and offer you a reprint discount, (if applicable).
