What is DigiMARQ's cancellation policy? 
Cancellations are dependant upon how far along in the production process your order is at the time of your request to cancel. In the event that you must cancel your order, please contact us immediately to avoid cancellation fees!
Pre-Production: Our goal at DigiMARQ is to meet the completion deadlines of every order that we receive. Therefore, all orders are subject to begin production immediately following authorization to proceed. However, if your order has not yet been processed and work on your item(s) have yet to begin, you may cancel and no fee will be charged.
In-Production: If your order has already been processed, but has not yet been printed, your order may be cancelled but will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is calculated based on labor to prepare your order for production.
If your order has already been processed, and is currently being printed/finished, your order may be cancelled but will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is calculated based on labor to prepare your order for production and for materials, (e.g. paper stock, toner, ink, etc.), that have been utilized. The incomplete product will be furnished to you, (should you choose to accept it), but only after cancellation fees have been paid in full.
Post-Production: Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled.
What payment methods are accepted at DigiMARQ?
DigiMARQ accepts checks. When submitting payment to us, please make checks payable to DigiMARQ for the full amount due that is shown on your invoice. All returned checks are subject to a $30 service charge. In the event that you cannot submit a check, special arrangements could be made for us to accept your payment by cash or credit card.
What are the payment terms of my account?
Upon the receipt of your invoice, you have 15 days (net) to make a payment for the total amount due. All accounts over 30 days past due are subject to a $15 per month late fee and a 1.5% of the unpaid balance monthly service charge. If, for some reason, you are unable to pay the full amount, contact us immediately. We will then work with you to setup a partial payment plan to help reduce or eliminate late fees and service charges.
Past Due Accounts: DigiMARQ reserves the right to temporarily suspend credit to any account that has a past due balance. Reactivation of account will only occur upon receipt of payment towards the past due balance. In the event of non-payment, DigiMARQ reserves the right to permanently suspend credit, (close account), and attempt collections by alternative means, (e.g. collection firm, small claims court, etc.).
My company is tax exempt. How do we not get charged sales tax?
DigiMARQ prints for many non-profit organizations, churches, and other companies that hold tax exempt status. In order for us to not charge sales tax, we must have a completed Nebraska Resale or Exempt Sale Certificate, (Form 13), on file prior to production of your order.

All orders delivered or shipped outside of Nebraska are automatically tax exempt and no form is needed for these orders.
